Delivery Policy

We use a third-party delivery service, so we are unable to confirm specific time of delivery.

Deliveries usually happen between 10 am and 6 pm but this period may be extended during the big flower occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Christmas or Thanksgiving and it is subject to vary due to inclement weather and traffic constrains.

We only deliver once. Weather permitting, flowers are left outside if nobody is home. We are unable to leave the flowers outside under extreme weather conditions. Please make sure someone will be home to receive the flowers otherwise they are returned to the shop to be picked up from our store,

Same day delivery is only available in Oakville, Burlington and select Mississauga areas for orders received before 1pm.

We do not offer delivery service on Sundays unless otherwise allowed on certain occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas or Thanksgiving weekend.

Please call if you have a Rush order. Telephone 905-844-4112. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee.

If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 8 days before delivery is required.

We are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants after delivery.

Orders that are cancelled after they have been sent out for delivery are non-refundable.

OAKVILLE: FREE for orders over $85 (excluding taxes). Online exclusive. Additional charges apply for orders placed over the phone.

BURLINGTON:  $19.99 per piece for orders more than $85. 

MISSISSAUGA: $19.99 per piece for orders more than $85. ONLY POSTAL CODES L5J, L5K and L5L during Valentine's Day and major flower holidays.
